Return Policy

Keeping you happy is our topmost priority. We understand that sometimes the shade of red may pop a little more than you would prefer and you realise it after making the purchase, or maybe the size is not quite right. Either way we would be happy to take care of the minor details to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Here are a few details to note about our return policy:

• 48 hour time bomb.

After 48 hours we will not be able to accept the item you wish to return. Please ensure you have the item you wish to return back to us within the specified time frame. If you are an international customer please initiate conversation about returning your purchase within 48 hours of receipt.

• Tell us why you want to return?

We would also appreciate a little note explaining why you would like to return your purchase.

• A little inspection, nothing major.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will check to ensure it is still of the high quality in which it was delivered to you. All tags are expected to be on items and goods are to unwashed, untorn and without damage.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

• Return bills are yours

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service. Any returns must be made at your own cost.

Please return using a standard trackable service; preferably, same service used in the original delivery.

• We would be happy to exchange.

If you would like to exchange the returned item for something else, we got you covered. If the product chosen for the exchange is worth more than the original, you would have to top up the funds.
